Our Story
Hello! I'm Akilah, the owner and head baker of Firefly Bakery. I have a culinary diploma from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, but baking has always been my passion. I've been baking since I was young and always dreamed of having my business, thus Firefly Bakery was born. Firefly Bakery is a vegan bakery that is currently a cottage food business with the hopes of becoming a full-fledged bakery and cafe in the future. We specialize in cookies, muffins, sweet buns, pastries, and custom cakes. We do use ingredients containing soy, tree nuts (almond, coconut, cashew, pecans, walnuts, pistachios), and wheat.

Hello! All Thanksgiving orders must be placed by Monday, November 24th. The last pickup/delivery order will be completed Wednesday, November 26th at 5:00 p.m. We will be closed the 27th through the 30th.
