About Firefly Bakery
Our Story
Hello! I'm Akilah, the owner and head baker of Firefly Bakery. I have a culinary diploma from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, but baking has always been my passion. I've been baking since I was young and always dreamed of having my business, thus Firefly Bakery was born. Firefly Bakery is a vegan bakery that is currently a cottage food business with the hopes of becoming a full fledged business in the future. We specialize in cookies, breads, cakes, pies, muffins, and pastries.
